Creation of Alliances:
The creation of regional and international alliances to boost the Association’s activities. PBA endeavors to address foreign bodies which are partially or completely involved in the field of business development. PBA establish Joint Business Councils with Arab , regional and International counterparts striving to give Arab and foreign Investors a chance to take part in developing and investing in the emerging Palestinian Economy, our major Alliances and centers as follows:
1-The Federation of Arab Businessmen (FAB);
The PBA is an establishing member of The Arab Federation of Businessmen which is a member of the consolidating organizations of the League of Arab States, and our PBA- chairman is the vice chairman of the Federation of Arab Businessmen for the Third consecutive period. We are involved heavily in cooperating and participating in all FAB's Activities, circulations and Website. Especially the Arab Business Community Forums held annually in a deferent Arab Capital.
a- Center for Private Sector Development (CPSD); is governed by the PBA’s Board of Directors. CPSD is conceived as a professional advocacy institution, targeted at improving the business climate in Palestine, and raising the competitiveness of business firms. A primary target for CPSD is to promote “good and corporate governance” and business ethics in local and public sector institutions, and to advocate genuine commitment to market economy principles. CPSD is expected to engage in all kinds of activities which includes mainly assessing the performance of specific public and private sector institutions which are of special significance to the business community, and advocating accelerated reform in those institutions; organizing seminars and workshops which focus on specific economic sectors or institutions; Monitoring the track record of relations between the private sector and public sector institutions; organizing conferences aimed at improving the business climate and promoting capital flows into Palestine such as the conferences about Economic crises in Jerusalem, another in Nablus. Conducting competitiveness studies relating to specific economic sectors. PBA Center supports independent research and policy discussions on important social and economic issues whether inside the country or abroad.
The activities and programs of CPSD are set by the Director of the Center Dr. Hisham Awartani and approved by the Board of Directors of the Center. The Palestinian Business Executive Magazine PEMagazine; Is a private sector platform providing information and reflection of its activities. An Editorial Board is in charge of its periodical issues, we invite you to ask for its issues. We aim by issuing this business magazine to create a complementary reaction among the various sectors of the Palestinian rainbow of activities within a frame to present them and their needs, and to put them under the spot lights reflecting on private sectors growth, civil society institutions, and foreign agencies performances, and the public sector activities, and what s going on locally, regionally and on the international arena.
b-Objectives: aforum for all businessmen of diverse backgrounds to reflect their opinions on a vast spectrum of economic and social issues of concern. Pinpointing on the needed information, looking into research, studies, policies and the decision making processes, sometimes analytical in its approach. Investigating for new technologies, investments, and what’s new in the world of economy and finance.
2-Joint Business Councils(JBC’s);
Being committed to enhance free enterprises and entrepreneurship on the one hand, and to work in collaboration with the public sector on the other, the PBA endeavors to promote partnership and cooperation with various Arab and friendly countries. For this purpose, Joint Business Councils have been set up or in the making so far among the PBA and its counterparts in Egypt, Canada ,Turkey, Syria, Britain, Jordan, Morocco, Qatar, South Africa, Poland, Bulgaria, Austria, China, Iraq, Tunisia, Lebanon , Yemen, Libya and Russia among others, with the goal of developing relations between the private sector in Palestine and the said countries. Some of these JBC's have been set for more than Eight to Ten years, where we have periodical meetings yearly with our counterparts in these countries, and proven to be very successful because they enable for exchanging of economical , social information's needed. Discuss ways and means of enhancing bilateral trade, joint ventures, exchange of technology, how to join international markets, promoting Palestinian business both regionally and internationally through encouraging missions and business to business B2B contacts... The PBA sets up meetings between the members of different sectors of the missions of the foreign business communities who visit Palestine and their Palestinian counterparts or otherwise when we visit their countries.

3-The Palestine International Arbitration Center (PAC);
is a new project which the association is working to accomplish registering a Center, to help the Palestinian Judicial System solve the so many suites and disputes pending for so long in the Courts, arbitration will become an important method of resolving disputes in the area. Arbitration is now in the process of development to allow parties from different legal and cultural backgrounds resolve their disputes without the formalities of their underlying legal systems. PAC is currently working from an intellectual perspective, endeavoring to bring together all enthusiastic expertise and like minded professionals who are keen to work towards finding ways and means of promoting mutual co-operation, Arbitration, and dispute resolutions. In this regard the PBA has signed a cooperation agreement with Dubai International Arbitration Center.
4-nti Forgery, Counterfeit and Fraud Department;
We have an on going process to build an Anti forgery, counterfeit and fraud department in the association. This department shall grow gradually to become specialized Center.We are cooperating in this field with the Arab Federation of Forgery and Counterfeit Control
